These Terms govern your access to and use of the website sylvasblessing.com and the game Sylva's Blessing (together, the "Services"), provided by ImmersiveGamingVR LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. License to play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Sylva's Blessing for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Intellectual property

Sylva's Blessing, the "Sylva's Blessing"™ name and logo, and all original art, writing, characters, audio, and code are owned by ImmersiveGamingVR LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Certain third-party assets are used under their own licenses, credited in the in-game Credits and our notices. Except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written permission, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the Services.

3. AI-generated content

Some art and the in-game character voice are created with AI tools. The synthetic "Sylva" voice is designed and generated and is not derived from any real person's voice.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the Services;
Do not misrepresent your affiliation with us.

5. Third-party platforms

If you obtain or play the game through a third-party platform (such as Steam, the Apple App Store, Amazon, or Audible), that platform's terms also apply to your use.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImmersiveGamingVR LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

8. Text message program (SMS)

These additional terms govern the Sylva's Blessing — Daily Post Reminders SMS program. You can sign up at sylvasblessing.com/sms-opt-in.

What you get. A once-daily reminder to post the day's scheduled video, with a link to that day's posting queue. We do not send marketing, advertising, or third-party offers on this program.
Message frequency. About 1 message per day — roughly 30 messages per month. Frequency may vary.
Cost. We do not charge for the messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or email blovely1338@gmail.com.
Consent. We only message a number that was entered on the opt-in page with the consent box ticked. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You must be the subscriber or the customary user of the number you enter, and be old enough to agree to these Terms.
Delivery. Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes. We may change or end the program at any time. Handling of the phone number you provide is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
