This Privacy Policy explains how ImmersiveGamingVR LLC ("ImmersiveGamingVR," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized in Alabama, USA, handles information in connection with the website sylvasblessing.com and the game Sylva's Blessing, including the Sylva's Blessing app on the Apple App Store (together, the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Email address — only when you voluntarily provide it through our "Get Notified" form, so we can send you updates about Sylva's Blessing.
Technical data — our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) and form provider (Google) may automatically log standard information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps to operate and secure the Services, governed by their own privacy policies.
The game — does not require an account, a login, or any sign-up. Your game progress, decks, settings, and save files are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
Purchase information (app only) — if you buy the Full Game Unlock in the app, Apple processes the payment. We never receive or store your payment card, bank details, billing address, or Apple ID. To unlock the content you paid for — and to restore it if you reinstall or switch devices — we use RevenueCat, which processes the App Store transaction record for your purchase together with an app-generated anonymous user ID. That ID is created by the app for the sole purpose of tracking entitlements; it is not your name, email, or Apple ID, and we do not link it to your identity or combine it with any other information about you. This corresponds to the "Purchase History" and "User ID" entries listed under Data Not Linked to You on our App Store privacy label.

2. How we use information

To send you the updates you signed up for;
To deliver and restore in-app purchases you have made;
To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
To respond to your questions.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising, we do not serve ads, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

3. Service providers

We use GitHub (website hosting) and Google (Forms/Sheets for the signup). For the app's in-app purchase, we use Apple (App Store payment processing) and RevenueCat (purchase validation and restore). Their handling of data is governed by their respective privacy policies.

4. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing SylvasBlessing@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR (EEA/UK) or the CCPA/CPRA (California) to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of its sale (we do not sell it). We honor verified requests sent to the email above. Deleting the app removes the game data stored on your device; your purchase remains restorable through Apple.

5. Children's privacy

The game itself collects no personal information from players of any age — there is no account, no login, and no player data sent to us. Our email signup and SMS list are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data retention & security

We retain signup emails until you ask us to remove them or we discontinue the list. Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat for as long as needed to keep your purchase restorable. We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Text messages (SMS)

If you sign up for Sylva's Blessing — Daily Post Reminders at sylvasblessing.com/sms-opt-in, this section describes how we handle that information.

What we collect — the mobile number you enter, and the date and time you gave consent. Nothing else. We do not collect your name, contacts, or location through this program.
What we use it for — sending you the daily post reminder you asked for, and keeping a record that you consented. Nothing else.
Who we share it with — nobody, other than the messaging provider that has to carry the message: Amazon Web Services (AWS End User Messaging) and your mobile carrier. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
How to stop — reply STOP to any message.
How to delete it — email blovely1338@gmail.com and we will delete the number and the consent record.
Retention — we keep the number and consent record for as long as you are signed up, and for a reasonable period afterwards to show that consent was given, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

No mobile information collected through this program is sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent version.
